Dr. Nicholas Tin Trang, MD

Dr. Trang is the best Internist Dr. my husband and i have ever had! He owns an Urgent care facility in Chandler Az. We have gone to him for years! We actually consider him our primary physician. The Dr. is so knowledgeable and has never let us down! We would highly recommend him for any medical needs you need! We so appreciate all he has done for our medical needs! I went here for a wart removal. After two visits, I still had the wart, but was less $425. The cost was a bit shocking to me for two reasons. The first was that I had explicitly asked the price, and was told $150. The second is that the doctor had said he wanted me to come back in a couple weeks for a follow-up, neglecting to mention he intended to charge mean additional $200 for the meeting.When I called about it, the office manager argued that A) I should have known that when I asked about the price, they meant that was the cost of a cash visit, and B) that I should have know that the doctor meant that the "follow up" was actually an independent visit. When I say argued, I mean even after I paid, she continued to insist I was in the wrong and simply should have known what they had implied in their answers to my explicit questions. On a side note, I did get rid of the wart using a trick I read online: I covered it with electrical tape for a few days. So at the end of this experience,… electrical tape proved more capable and honest than the doctors at Chandler Valley Urgent Care.
