Dr. Nicholas Steve Vlahos, MD

Really liked the Dr, been a patient there for years. He wrote a prescription for me after and in depth conversation with him. Unfortunately it needed a prior authorization which the office staff decided not to do and over rule him. So when someone with no medical degree can over rule the Dr - makes him look weak and what else do they over rule - so going somewhere else. Also we noticed the BBB has a F rating and yelp 1 star. They said he knows but they have repeatedly lied to me and if he knows he should have called and explained it to me.

When my insurance changed this year, I needed to find a new PCP. After researching reviews on a multitude of sites, I selected Nicholas Vlahos. After two visits, I can say I'm truly fortunate to have found him. He took his time during our first visit to learn all about me any my health history, past and current. He provided me invaluable insights and guidance right off the bat. After following his diet recommendations, as well as some lifestyle adjustments, several issues I wasn't even seeing him for have been resolved. I also enjoyed his perspectives and opinions, and felt extremely comfortable meeting with him. In such a short time he has built solid trust.

I saw Dr Vlahos today and I am very impressed. He listens to you and gives you options for your health care. He's not like the majority of doctors just handing out prescriptions and that is what I didn't want.

Great listener and balanced perspective on wellness care. For patients that want to learn from good guidance, he is the best.
