Went in for a consultation, with X-rays from the dentist who referred me. They insisted I take new X-rays. Despite the fact that I had every tooth X-rayed as well as a 360-degree X-ray. However, their policy is not to accept X-rays from others. There have been mistakes. Hah! I refused new X-rays; too many Roentgens.

I went in terrified as I have huge dental anxiety. The staff and Dr. Williams were wonderful. I am very thankful for their care

I've had 2 root canals performed by Dr Williams and have nothing but great things to say about his skill and care. My roots run very deep, so they present a real challenge. Dr Williams is calm and reassuring, and he is was able to complete both procedures successfully. While I went in with pain, I walked out feeling fine. He & his staff were considerate and worked to make the procedure as painless as possible and to minimize my time in the chair. The Dr followed up each time with a phone call. While I hope I don't need another root canal, I would not hesitate to return to Dr Williams or to recommend his services to others.

I usually don't do ratings however Dr Williams truly took the extreme care and an unexpected extra amount of time that was needed to fix my tooth properly. He was very thorough putting his patient care first. Gentle with giving the shots too. Very happy with office staff & experience there. Thankful.
