As I set here in my husband's hospital room here at IU. I feel so blessed to have Dr.Z as my husband's surgeon. He had a difficult surgery last Friday. At 75 years old here we are 5 days later and my husband is doing great. His progress has been nothing short of a miracle. Dr. Z and his team are Amazing !

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Zyromski. I had a difficult surgery and it went well. He also has good bedside manners. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Z did an awesome job removing several Carcinoid/Neuroendocrine tumors from me and I found his personality inline with the seriousness of his profession. He had a dry wit and a gave a brief smile when engaged in an appropriate manner. I credit him with my remarkable recovery from such an extensive abdominal surgery. Great Doctor!

Dr. Zyromski is a skilled surgeon, but his bedside manner and aftercare are a liability to the hospital. He is arrogant and condescending attitude negate his surgical ability. If you need a hepato-pancreatic surgeon, look to Dr. Michael House at IU.

My husband had severe complications due to a botched gallbladder surgery. He needed reconstructive surgery of his bowels, bile ducts, etc. He saved my husband's life. I cannot express how grateful we are to Doc Z. He is kind, patient, will explain everything to you and though you know he is extremely busy, he is happy to talk you through whatever. We are thankful my husband had him as his surgeon. He worked a miracle.

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Zyromski. He and his staff have turned a very difficult illness into a positive experience. He is extremely kind and really listens to and addresses my concerns, even months after surgery. I would never go elsewhere.

Where do I start? Misdiagnosis , horrible follow up, and unable to face the fact that he screwed up and now I am going to my dads funeral Friday because of it! Thanks you pathetic man!!

Horrible, mean , misdiagnosed!

Completely wrong diagnoses and ZERO follow up! I feel he is just trying to get as many surgeries under his belt for the paycheck and practice. Very sad.
