Nichole Robbins

Nichole is a Longview native graduating from Mark Morris High School. She received her bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in psychology from Washington State University in Pullman, WA. She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Eastern Washington University in Spokane, WA. She returned to her hometown and worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic for several years guiding patients recovering from surgery, athletic injuries, car accidents, work related injury and chronic symptoms ranging from the youth to aging populations. Nichole began working at PeaceHealth in the acute care setting occasionally on her days off a couple of years after returning to Longview and eventually transitioned to become a full-time member of our outpatient physical therapy team. She is astym certified to assist in treating a variety of tendinopathy conditions. She is also MDT certified, using the McKenzie method to help treat patients with lumbar and cervical …radiculopathy. Additionally, Nichole is a pelvic health certified physical therapist through the American Physical Therapy Association and treats patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, and urinary incontinence, including postpartum and preparing for labor and delivery populations. She shares a passion for educating patients on how to safely improve their mobility and activity levels when pain or injury becomes a limiting factor. In her spare time, Nichole is an outdoor enthusiast and loves snow skiing, hiking, kayaking, running, paddleboarding, camping, traveling, and fishing or crabbing with her husband. She has snow skied in 8 different states plus Canada, run the Hood to Coast Relay many times, completed two full marathons, Pole Pedal Paddle Relays in Bend, OR, climbed Mt St Helens and Mt Adams multiple times as well as circumnavigated Mt St. Helens.
