Nichole Stanley, FNP

Born and raised in Quincy, Illinois, Nichole Stanley, NP, was introduced to healthcare at an early age. Growing up in a family of healthcare professionals, she saw firsthand the difference compassionate caregivers can make in the lives of others. Her mother has worked as an emergency room nurse for more than 30 years, and several of her aunts also built careers in healthcare, helping inspire Nichole's own path into medicine.

Nichole earned her graduate education through Chamberlain University and has spent much of her career serving patients in the walk-in clinic setting. After nearly seven years in urgent care, she especially enjoys caring for children and helping families navigate everything from routine illnesses to unexpected health concerns.

What Nichole finds most rewarding is simple: helping people feel better. Her approach to care is rooted in empathy, open communication, and shared decision-making. She believes patients should be active participants in their healthcare and …strives to ensure they feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout their visit.

Outside of work, Nichole stays busy with her five children. Whether attending activities, supporting their interests, or simply spending time together, family is at the center of her life.
