Dr. Nicola Decane Demacopoulos, MD

I'm a 63-year old male. I've been a patient for at least six years. Dr. D spends quality time being thorough in his exams and explanations. He is a good listener, as well. Best internist that I've ever had.

Totally didactic approach. Automatically gives a full lecture about any symptom you are having, whether you want it or not. Hard to find an opening to speak. He needs to learn to listen and not overwhelm patients with his knowledge. Most worrisome is I keep learning after the appointment that what he told me was wrong -- both about diagnoses and what my insurance covers. This has happened so often, he's lost all credibility with me. But I understand why people like him and rate him high here. He's friendly on the surface and smiles a lot.

"How many people look forward to a doctor visit? " "I do." Seeing Dr. D his nurses and office staff, is stress free, plesant and enjoyable experience.

Couldn't get into my regular Doctor and was able to get into see him at the quickest. Pleasant experience and fantastic bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with him and he explained my options. I would see him anytime.

Dr. Demacopoulis is the BEST Doctor my husband and I have EVER had.
