Dr. Hesse and staff are very understanding, kind and compassionate. They take great pride in their work and their patients. Very clean and organized office. They schedule patients promptly and if you may have to wait for an appointment, trust me, it's worth the wait :)

So sometimes you have a couple extra minutes wait, but Dr. Hesse is worth the wait to me. I truly Love everything about her, from her greeting hello to the end see you in a year or call you soon. She has a tender touch,a great personality and cares about you without being judgemental, and she has alot of spunk for when you need it. She tells it like it is in a kind professional heartfelt way. Would never, ever look for any other GYN, it took me years to find her. THANKYOU DR. HESSE FOR BEING THE WONDERERFUL YOU THAT YOU ARE !!!!!! and for always being right with my diagnosis. What a GREAT DOCTOR you are !!!!!!

im pregnant with my first child.I really wanted my OB experiance to be personal and caring. And i got neither with dr.Hesse!! She rushed me through everything..REFUSED to send me to get my FIRST sonagram till im 18 weeks. There could be problems with the baby or me and she knows twins run in my family and she still refused to send me to get anything done.I could have miscarried or anything and it would have been her fault.When i asked her why she shouldnt send me she got smart with me and told me that "that is just how she does things"...very rude just like her staff.The only nice person there was the nurse.The techs would just sit there on there butts and laugh and cuss in the middle of a conversation with each other while you were right their. The you interrupt them to ask a question and they get VERY rude!! Just a very unproffesional place i wouldnt recomment this place to anybody!!

i was in labor at franklin square. when it was time to deliver she was no where to be found for about 30 mins of me pushing. wanted to put me into c-section cause she said my baby was about 10lbs. and my daughter was only 6lbs 5ounces she was rude and did not treat me like i would like to be treated. acted like she was better than everyone. lied about what kind of birthcontrol my insureance covered i wanted paragard and tried to push merina for more money.
