Because of the virus I had my first appointment with Dr. Karvelas via the internet. He was so nice and caring regarding my situation. After my MRI he personally called me and advised me with such a caring attitude. For now I will hope to be able to see him in the future.

Excellence personified! He had read and remembered all of my past records and tests including MRIs. He did not require me to inform him, he did not waste time. He got down to the physical exam quickly and narrowed my symptoms to 3 things that other doctors had missed. I was impressed beyond words.

I suffered for 15 years when I had to relocate from Marin county to Sacramento, I lost an excellent physician in the Bay. Finally I was lucky and blessed enough to have Dr.Nicholas as my new physician. For the first time in my life this man gave me a quality of life I had not had since I was much younger. Thank you so much Dr. Nicholas for making my life better for the year that I had you. Loving patient from Molina.

I can't say enough about Dr. Karvelas's interaction with patients. This is a Doctor who really listens to his patients. Anyone who has been stuck in this broken medical system knows how hard it is to find a doctor that will work with you instead of just treating you like a case number. This Doctor actually listens to you.

Love this dr careing compassinate takes his time really cares about what is going on makes suggestions to better ur care up to date on new cancer medications i love this guy always leaves me smiling even when im in pain and dont feel good about how i feel he understands his patients and does his best to assure me he is there

Dr Karvelas is the best pain management doctor I have ever been to, he's very caring and he goes out of his way to understand your needs, you couldn't ask for a better doctor
