Gave $300 cash, after nurse came in and spent 5 mins with me, I overheard a conversation ABOUT "Dr when you leaving? When's Tee Time? And I felt I was in the way of his golfing fun, because I was told after this patient.which was me. He was very friendly for the whole 2 mins I seen him and he stayed by the door, as I was all the way across the room(before Covid was in the Pic also!!) HE told me what med I was on, and for me to continue on that and it was nice to meet me. I was like WHAT JUST HAPPENED FOR 300$??I WAS BEYOND MAD. AND THEY WANTED A URINE TEST , WHICH I GAVE FOR WHATEVER REASONS ILL NEVER KNOW I WASNT ON ANYTHING BY HIM AND I WENT BACK 1 more time until I got a new dr and seen a very nice Kady who gave me inflammatory pills in boxes that was there. It was messed up all the money and no Dr to conversate w and tell them my issues

You have to suffer because appointments are about 2 months apart. Inhumane to let someone suffer. Seems like a great Doctor just takes so long to get relief.

The office staff was very professional and courteous. The physician assistant was very professional and listened carefully about my medications and symptoms. She made me feel at ease. Dr Winters was very thorough and listened to all my concerns and asked questions about my past treatment and symptoms. I feel very good about the course of treatment he is recommending.

Saw the guy the first time I went to the pain clinic three and a half years ago. My medication was cut by 2/3. Wasn't complaining I needed a specialist. three and a half years later I have not seen the guy since. I was told medical cannabis was acceptable in his treatment plan? Well three and a half years later after taking a urinalysis every two months at the very least. I'm told I'm going to be removed from my opioid medication. I'm told it's because his attorney advised him so? I don't care about that I'm not paying his attorney. This guy should not be practicing medicine. He made his money now he's getting out? Not without the lawsuit or seeing me face-to-face that's for sure. See you soon buddy..

Dr winters and his staff were absolutely delightful I am so grateful for them I'm finally getting help with the pain that I've suffered with for years he is a great doctor he takes time to listen and he has compassion

The first medication they sent to the pharmacy was going to $530.00 as my insurance wont cover pain medication, so after several calls with no replies I drove back to the office and told the staff my situation and was treated very rudely. They said they would talk to doctor and call me by the end of the day. I never heard from them, so I called the pharmacy and asked if anything was ready and they sent in something more expensive. Over $700.00 for a 30 day supply. They said they would work on getting it covered by insurance, but no one did. The office sent in incorrect/incomplete script to pharmacy for some short term medication to use in the meanwhile, so pharmacy refused to fill it. I called the office at noon and they said they would take care of it. Someone finally called me back at 4:27 saying it was fixed. Called pharmacy and they recieved nothing from the office. Then, I tried to call office back and no one would answer. Horrible patient care. Rude, lazy, untrustworthy staff.… Disappointed. So, instead of the office doing their job. I had to get first script filled for over $500 out of pocket. Now, that being said I thought Dr. Winters was fair, listened and tried to offer me options on treatment. I felt a little rushed for my first appointment, but I understand it's a busy fast paced clinic.

This physician treats you with no compassion, let’s you live with debilitating pain, doesn’t return phone calls, and the office staff is less than competent.

I love the staff but wish I could to talk to doc more

Be careful going here. They will do work without submitting to your insurance sticking you with a huge bill. At best they are incompetent and at worst have no integrity.
