I do agree with the previous comments, the receptionist, the old lady is very rude and mean, she should treat patients with sympathy and respect, these patients come to the doctor office with a illness that need cares, not abusive treatments from her.

The receptionist is a terrible person. She is mean, rude and uneducated. The doctor is not that great either.

The appointment staff is the worst I have ever encountered. They are obnoxious and rude. The Doctor's diagnosis is average. How hard can it be to decipher the blood test where everything is spelled out in black and white ? I will NOT recommend this doctor to others.

Dr Tran who is a very nice and competent doctor, in contrast to his staff, the old lady named Kim is very abusive to his patients. She screamed at every patients, verbally abused them whenever she can. I have to endure this kind of maltreatment of ms Kim because nowhere else accept my insurance. Who is she? Dr. Tran's mother? She should be laid off.
