Dr. Arcentales is a rare commodity in this era of rushed appointments and casual visits. She is professional, yet caring, kind and most of all she listens. She offers great solutions to health issues without shoving pills down your throat. I have so much respect for her and her abilities -- She is a wonderful doctor. My family all go to her and adore her.

In my 61 years on earth I have never met a kinder and more caring doctor. She was simply wonderful. She took into account all my anxiety, depression and phobias and spoke gently and without judgment. I feel completely confident in her hands and that my diabetes will improve under her care. A++++++++++++++++

The office was run with efficiency . The staff was pleasant. The office wait was about 15 minutes. Were as other Doctor offices you can wait 3 hours. She was very professional and put me at ease.
