I love Dr. Balchune I had her in Kingston and Pittston Pa she's the Best Primary care physician ive gone to very polite pretty and just a great person

This Review is LESS about Dr. Balchune, rather than the INTERNET information regarding her LOCATION and TELEPHONE CONTACT. As a potential patient, I had a difficult time locating the Drs information and LOCATION of PRACTISE, This site needs to be UPDATED!

I have only seen Dr. Balchune once so far, but the first impression was a great one. The Doctor has a down to earth sense of humor, cares about (and takes the time to listen) the problems you are going in form and makes you feel like a person that is important. I trust this Doctor to take care of all of my medical needs.

Great dr. Spends time with you, doesn't make you feel rushed. She is very through and makes you feel comfortable speaking to her.

Dr. Blacune spent more time with me then any other Dr. I've been to.

Dr Balchune is the best Doctor Ive ever had!

Dr. Balchune is a wonderful young lady....very personable...very caring and very kind. She knows her medicine and as such, is very proactive in her approach to care. The problem is that she is connected with the Geisinger Health System. Wait times are extraordinary and uncalled for. The staff does not know what it is doing and it shows in extended and unnecessary wait times. Dr. Balchune as a physician is wonderful ... I would not advise going to Geisinger - but, if you DO choose Geisinger, Choose Nicole Balchune for your physician. As a Primary Care Doctor, she is the best they have.

I have been to many of Doctors in my lifetime but I have to admit, Dr. Balchune is the best! She takes her time explaining any questions you may have and she is very friendly. For those of you who said that the ladies at the front desk were rude, that is not true! They are very friendly and I never had any issues with them. They are just there to do their jobs , not to impress everyone.

After I filled in the information for www.geisinger...... I began to browse . I was impressed with Dr. Balchune during the office visits, however I always like to here other reviews . Still impressed ! Some people like to complain, I say "Walk in their shoes first." The front desk is not rude. They have a job to do which is taking information from each patient. If you need to complain then "Bother someone who isn't trying to make your life BETTER." Dr. Balchune .... Thank You. Your staff is wonderful. Have a great day and thank you for listening, Tell Geisinger that they need to "doctor up" the looks of the office. It does not convey professionalism. If it weren't for a friend recommending Dr. Balchune, I would have turned around and walked out after seeing the waiting room and hall. So, don't complain about the doctors or staff, They are the reason I stayed.

the ladies at the front desk are insanely rude. some dont even make eye contact dr balchune is absolutely wonderful though. shes so friendly and really genuinely concerned
