See below: In summary, while Centre Dental care did perform a couple of diagnostic tests, they failed to perform several basic and standard tests for the condition I was in and symptoms I was displaying. They are either being dishonest about my appointment with them, are careless about patient care, or are simply very poor at standard diagnostic techniques. The fact that they tried to shift blame onto their patient after the fact instead of owning up to their mistake is frankly shocking and is the reason for this letter. I strongly recommend anyone reading this to try a different dental office. My experience at this office shows that they are expensive, irresponsible, likely incompetent, and are additionally at least one of dishonest and uncaring.

I totally trust everyone at Dr Carnicella’s office. They take such good care of us, and have a kind, caring attitude. I had several problem areas which Dr. Carnicella fixed. I haven’t had problems since she did! My mother moved to Lititz, but still comes back for her dental appointments because she is so comfortable here. ??

I can’t say enough about Dr., Carnicella, and her staff… We had an after hours issue, and Dr., Carnicella and her staff responded to our message almost immediately with very specific instructions for us on how to get through the weekend and then she made special arrangements for us to get in as soon as possible to resolve the issue completely … Thank you so much for your caring and concern and helping my little girl relieve her pain! I had a experience at another dentist, I was lost for what to do next ! I search the Internet and found Dr. C’s Practice. I set up an appointment which was very easy and then I continued on with two different procedures and they are very compassionate about the way you feel so so far a wonderful experience!
