Nicole Entenza, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor committed to delivering compassionate, personalized mental health care. She serves both English- and Spanish-speaking communities, with a strong focus on accessible, patient-centered treatment.

Education and Professional Training

Nicole earned her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from National University in San Diego, California, in 2022. She later completed the Nurse Practitioner Residency Program at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in North Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2024. Prior to advancing into her current role, she spent 14 years as a board-certified psychiatric registered nurse in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Mental Health Services and Treatment Approach

Nicole specializes in medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, PTSD, …depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, grief and bereavement, and substance use disorders. She is also dedicated to inclusive, gender-affirming care and has experience supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her treatment approach combines behavior modification, brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful and sustainable progress.
