I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2010. Although it was difficult to leave the thriving practice that I had built over the previous five years, I was immediately impressed by the level of service I was now able to provide to my new patients. Kaiser Permanente strives to put the patient first. I have been impressed with the variety of ways in which a patient can access their doctor, as well as the expedient and efficient access patients and doctors have to specialty care. Only in an integrated health care system like Kaiser Permanente is this possible. On a more …personal level, I feel that Kaiser Permanente’s focus on patient satisfaction mirrors my own personal goals of making my office a “home” to my patients. I strive to make each visit rewarding, informative, and fun. I believe as your child’s parent, you know your child best. I rely on the information that you provide to get to know you and your child better. It is my job to incorporate my medical knowledge and expertise with the information you provide in order to develop a health or treatment plan that is best for you and your child. It is through this shared experience that we can work as a team to keep your child healthy.

I was a Mom and a cancer survivor before I became a doctor. I often fall back on these life experiences to provide perspective to the care I provide to my patients and their families.
