Dr. Nicole Renee Flora

Dr Flora has by far been my favorite, most honest and straightforward physician yet.

The above complaints are about the OFFICE and the OFFICE STAFF, not the care given by Dr. Flora. The soulless corporation she worked for at Suite 400, 3201 Maryland Parkway sucked, and sucked badly. They lost tons of stuff for me and my family, however, I put up with it because of the incredible care and compassion we received from her. Do not confuse the physician's abilities for the sucktasticness of the corporate staff.

I was not happy .kept doing test after test until my insurance ran out .then make me pay $400 out of my pocket for visit to keep running test after test with no results. I had to change dr. still in pain

first let me say this is not the ramblings of a bitter senior citizen. What would you think if your primary care doctor's office lost your blood tests? Or that they never called with the results of a ultra sound test. Or that I had to call the office repeatedly to find I could only talk to the receptionnist and was told I would get a call back (I am still waiting for the call) They certainly were quick to act to get all my insurance info. I only wish they had as much concern for me.
