First of all her NP Melanie Reynolds is terrible and I wish I could review her individually because otherwise I would give the dr a bit of a higher score. Melanie is a shame to the nursing practice. When I saw her I could hear her yelling at a patient from another room telling a patient “if you weren’t fat you wouldn’t have this problem”. Then she came in to see me and she stood at the computer the whole time did not do an exam at all (despite charting that she did an exam) she copied notes from other drs and pasted them into her visit note and then just told me I needed to see the doctor. Later I had a friend tell me that Dr Florence trash talks patients in the doctors lounge and talked about me using my full name . That is a hippa violation! My other problem with the doctor is she is supposed to be overseeing my care but she never took the time to understand the diagnosis a specialist gave me and called it “that weird thing” . Disgusting!Because of this dr I left memorial health… entirely and will never use a memorial service again.

Could not get in to actually see the doctor, the NP misdiagnosed my child caused a lot of problems for my family when it was just a virus.....after being sent to the costly ER and allergist....
