Dr. Nicole Gallego Giraldo, MD

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Dr. Nicole Gallego at Cano Medical Center in Pembroke Pines, an overwhelmingly disappointing encounter. From start to finish, it became evident that this doctor had no compassion, zero bedside manner, and seemed utterly dissatisfied with her current status at CANO MEDICAL CENTER. First and foremost, Dr. Gallego lacked empathy or understanding towards my brother's concerns. Instead of listening attentively, she stormed out of the room to seek reassurance from her office manager. Ultimately, we ended up in the ER. After many years as an established patient with an excellent Dr. Such as William Pena, this practice has left many in limbo, bringing in a physician such as Nicole Gallego, who fails to meet the most basic healthcare provider expectations. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere, particularly older people.

While everyone is very sweet, it is frustrating as a patient to have to follow up on referrals and authorizations. They say to give them a week for referrals to be processed. I give them a month's notice and the referrals are still not processed! I went to my cardiologist and they had no referral, thank goodness it was in the same office building so I was able to go to the office and request it. Now my orthopedist has faxed them twice requesting a correct Auth for x-rays and injection and they're going to cancel the appointment due to no response from the primary. Really? I'm going g to change my primary as this is unacceptable. I requested to speak with referral coordinator, she's too busy, the office is always in a meeting. Very disappointing.

Doctora Gallego es una excelente opción. Meticulosa, muy humana, conocedora, mucha empatía. Lástima que trabaja en el sistema del Broward Healthcare que ya no acepta más mi seguro UnitedHealthcare, ésto me obliga a tener de dejar de atenderme con ella. Una verdadera pena pues es muy buena doctora.

Dr Gallego has been my doctor for a couple years now and has been awesome!! No complaints!! She really cares for her patients which is so hard to find nowadays. I’m not a number to her and that means the world to me. I just moved to ft Myers.. 100 miles away from her but I would never change my Dr. I would literally drive to the end of the world for her!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gallego for over 2 years now, every time I at her office I feel right at home, she listens to what I say and takes care of my needs as if I was part of her family. I will continue to visit her for all my medical needs.

I finally found a Dr. That cares about my health; Dr. Gallego, always listen to my concerns and give me great advises to improve my health. Another important quality that Dr. G have is that she follows patients to confirm that we are following recommendations that were given .

Dr. Nicole is the best doctor, she’s always going beyond my illnesses, does everything needed for me to be ok. I’ve known her for almost 10 years.

I've been patient of doctor Gallego for the past three years, she is an excellent physician always attentive of my health concerns, follow up with me, very professional.

I've been seeing Dr Gallego for over 7 years and every time I went I felt like I was her only patient. She is extremely profesional, friendly, patient and takes time to explain any of my concerns even on a busy day. She's the best.
