Dr. Nicole Griffin

Nicole Griffin, DNP, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree who founded Dynamic Health to bring personal, unhurried primary and urgent care to the Southern Maryland community she calls home. She provides adults in Southern Maryland with a primary and urgent care option that feels personal, moves at a human pace, and fits around real work schedules.

Nicole brings a background spanning primary care, post-acute care, cardiology, and urgent care—experience that shapes how carefully Dynamic Health looks at the whole patient, not just the concern in front of her. Along the way, she saw too many patients in Southern Maryland put off care simply because appointments were only available during the same hours as their jobs. Dynamic Health was built to close that gap: a practice that meets adults where they are, in the evenings and on Saturdays, by video or in person, without sacrificing the attentive, relationship-based care that often gets …lost in high-volume clinics.

Nicole holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is trained to diagnose, treat, and manage care for adults across both routine primary care needs and the urgent, can’t-wait moments in between. Dynamic Health is intentionally both primary care and urgent care, so patients have one trusted place to turn to, whatever brings them in.
