Dr. Nicole Leigh Heidemann

Dr Heidemann is a very nice person, but her office is an absolute mess. We have arrived on time for every appointment, only to waste over 3+ hours in the waiting room on each visit! The front desk is unhelpful, unable to provide updates or explanations, and there are no nurse practitioners to handle basic checkups when Dr. Heidemann is inevitably unavailable. Frankly this office has zero respect for the time of the patients they claim to care for. Why do they keep stacking appointments knowing the doctor won’t be available? Can they not be bothered to call patients and save them the hassle of driving to midtown just to sit and waste their time? I imagine patients scheduled later in the afternoon are just forced to reschedule for another day. This appears to be a longstanding issue, as reflected in numerous other reviews. After our last visit, where we waited endlessly alongside an entire waiting room of frustrated patients who eventually gave up and left, we had no choice but to… find a new OB. We just can't afford to lose an entire day every time we have an appointment. Again, Dr. Heidemann is very kind, and I know she wants to take the appropriate amount of time with her patients, which I appreciate. But I would recommend you save yourself the frustration and find an office than can manage patient inflow. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how nice the doctor is if she can't keep her appointments even remotely on schedule.

I showed up for a 2:30 appointment 10 minutes early, as requested, only to be kept waiting in the waiting room till 3:45. When it got to be 75 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I asked several women working the front desk what was going on; every one of them told me this is how Dr. Heidemann works (read: wayyyy behind schedule). Finally I was taken back to a little room in which I would have been examined by Dr. Heidemann IF I CHOSE TO WAIT MORE THAN ANOTHER HOUR. I was told there were still 3 patients to be seen before she got to me, and those appointments would collectively take at least an hour. Again, I asked if this is normal for Dr. Heidemann and was told yes. At this point, having been there almost two hours and looking at another hour before the doctor might even show up, I left. I would not recommend this experience or Dr. Heidemann to anyone. No one deserves to have time wasted so gratuitously. I don’t care if she offers great care and I’m never going to find out;… it’s not worth waiting THREE HOURS LATER THAN THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. I’ve no idea how anybody can run a business like this. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m not someone who’s interested in writing reviews; I share my experience here solely because potential patients deserve to know this. NIGHTMARE

I have had so many difficulties with Centennial Women’s Group. After waiting for three hours past my scheduled appointment time, the clinic failed to even send the tests they completed to the lab. I was not notified of this for three months. After unsuccessfully being able to get in touch with my doctor, Dr. Heidemann, for three weeks after being notified,I was finally scheduled with another provider in the same office. I was informed that I would not be billed or have my insurance charged, as this was a visit in response to the clinics mistake. I have now been billed by both Centennial Women’s Group and my insurance. I will never go back here again. This has been more work, headache, and frustration than I have ever experience before with a medical provider.

I am always in a rush. I don't slow down enough. I went to Dr. Heidemann as a referral from my sister in law. I have been experiencing horrible pains and needed answers. The morning I went to see Dr. Heidemann I had recently started a new job and as I sat in the waiting room I was annoyed with the longest wait of my life. I honestly was ready to leave. I am so glad I didn't leave and I stayed. I don't always admit when I am wrong but for once I am admitting such. The staff was very caring, kind, compassionate, and most of all patient. Dr. Heidemann surpassed all of my expectations as a doctor.

Dr. Hindemann is extremely kind & knowledgeable and even though you wait A few minutes to be seen ( because she delivers babies), once she is with you, you feel like the only patient in the world. Very special doctor!

very caring and compassionate doctor. Never rushes you, makes you feel important, and like your problems no matter how small, matter to her.

Takes forever to get an appointment, but I don't hate going, which is saying something.

Front desk is extremely unfriendly. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Heidemann based on her glowing reviews. I have TriCare as my husband is in the military. I call and simply ask if Dr. Heidemann takes TriCare and the front lady says, "Um, no ma'am" as if in disgust and then says "bye" and hangs up as I was telling her thank you. Even if they had taken my insurance, due to the receptionist being so rude, I would not have gone here. First impressions are a big deal and I want the whole package all the way around. From the doctor, to the nurses, to the front desk.
