Nicole Lynn Jackson

Nicole Jackson NP has absolutely no right to be involved with anyone who is dealing with mental health issues. She was absolutely cold hearted and rude to my 17 yo son who came there for help. She acted more like a probation officer instead of being an advocate for his mental health. I myself am a nurse and she was by far the rudest person I have ever met and treated us both like we were incompetent and a bother. People who seek help should not be treated the way she treated him. This woman should be stripped of her license. I have never in my life met a nurse this insensitive and judgmental. She definitely should not be working with mentally ill patients, she made my son feel worse than he already felt. Shame on her and Maumee Valley for employing her. I am absolutely appalled by the way she spoke to us. We will not be returning because of her. She should not be allowed to work with patients who are already struggling. This should have been a safe space for my son. Now he is reluctant… to seek any kind of help.
