Nicole Jano, PA-C is a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare provider who brings both academic excellence and a rich and varied clinical experience across several specialties to her role as a provider at Forum Health.  

Nicole’s clinical experience spans multiple specialties, including general surgery at Bristol Regional Medical Center, pediatrics at Indian Path Pediatric Clinic, psychiatry at Creekside Psychiatric Hospital, and family medicine at Genesis Family Healthcare. She has also completed rotations in emergency medicine, internal medicine, integrative medicine, and obstetrics & gynecology, further enhancing her comprehensive medical knowledge. 

Before joining Forum Health, Nicole provided acute care to patients across all age groups while working as an Urgent Care Provider. Her role involved diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions …and performing minor procedures. With a patient-centered approach, Nicole is known for her ability to educate patients on preventive health while ensuring precise and timely care. 

Nicole specializes in women’s health from hormonal imbalances to menopause using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and other treatments. She also addresses the root causes of autoimmune disorders, thyroid dysfunction and gut issues.
