This surgeon/doctor nicked my liver while performing an cholecystectomy ( removal of gallbladder due to gallstones ) she had me on Percocet and fluid for three days before surgery ! Finally it was day of surgery . Surgery happened ! Few hours after surgery started getting intense pain in abdomen . Complained for hours until she finally came into my room and explained that it must of been a gallstone she missed and that it must’ve gone to my liver or pancreas that was causing my intense pain !!! After 24+ hours they finally figure out that I was bleeding internally due to my liver being nicked during my cholecystectomy !!! Didn’t see her after that !! I was in the icu for a couple of days ! Had to be intubated had multiple catheters . In my neck, in my groinarea. I was getting a dose of fentanyl every 8 mins for about 10 to 12 days!!! In the whole month I was in the hospital I received 4 surgeries , 3 jp drains , 1 chest tube !! Due to a surgery that was quick and easy and was going to… be home the next day !!! The worst expericiend of my life I wish I can go on with every little detail but I would write a book !! Doctor Nicole krumrei you’re the worst thing that happened to my life !!!

Lots of bad reviews. I guess people don't like straightforwardness and the truth. People talk about tardiness but it is a surgical group in a hospital so that comes without saying. As for bedside manor, I feel like we had a great discussion during our consult and pre-surgery. Post surgery was a bit quick and I was sedated so it was a bit much a bit soon. Biggest problems I have seen is with the scheduling department. They often don't answer the phone and are always in a rush.

Horrible bedside manner. No compassion. Very arrogant. I did not trust her.
