Dr. Nicole Lanatra, MD

Dr. Lanatra is wonderful. As a registered nurse I spend a lot of time with doctors. I can honestly say she is one of the good ones. She is smart and cares about her patients. Can't say enough good about her!

I fired Dr. Nicole LaNatra for medical incompetence. At 5 days post-surgery, I called to discuss what were clearly adverse reactions to a medication she had prescribed. Her assistant said: “Dr. LaNatra says to make an appointment in-person or via Zoom"—(Zoom is not a tech option for me). First opening was 2 days later. Clearly that would not serve me. I requested three times to speak by phone with her, and my surgeon reached out to her twice to call me. Zero response from LaNatra in this 24-hour period. So, I fired her from my medical team. For any doctor to refuse to call back a patient 5-days post-surgery is incompetence. LaNatra’s behavior illustrates that she is a C-grade physician, unworthy of trust, and lacking skills to honor her patients’ needs. As patients, we must honor one another and expose this kind of incompetence. This is an honest account of my experience with Dr. Nicole LaNatra at CareMount Medical in Mt. Kisco, NY.
