Dr. Nicole Elice Loeding, MD

I was thrilled to find Dr. Loeding for general internist after a recommendation from a specialty doctor. She's very professional yet kind, caring, a good listener, and appears very intelligent. She's truly a find, particularly in the current health field. As a patient, you actually feel like an individual.

I am a person who has suffered chronic pain for 25 years. Mt mother had just suddenly died, and after seeing Dr. Loeding, I requested a referral to visit a pain clinic. She refused. Against my wishes and what i think is illegal, she got a hold of past records of a doctor i had seen who said i needed further testing on my condition. I never mentioned a pain clinic to that doctor. Dr. Loeding goes out of her way to give a poor sick guy a very hard time.In addition, their administrator said she would get back to me with the name of a specialist with whom I could work. she never did. I found the doctor and her crew to be unprofessional, uncaring, cruel, sneaky, disrespectful.. Dr. Loeding didnt know anything about gastronintestinal probelms. At a pain clinic i'd be seeing a dcotor. I ended up getting the referral from another doctor, so that proves she gave me a hard time for nothing.. How sad.

I met with Nicole recently and I thought she was fantastic. She is extremely friendly, very attentive and takes as much time as the patient needs and she's extremely smart and up on recent medicines. I'd highly recommend her. I'm not a fan of Allina clinics in general but she's great.

Dr Loeding is one of a rare breed these days. She listens and explains, repeating when necessary. She has always given me the time I have needed with her. If others are waiting a bit longer in the waiting room, it may be because of patients like me getting all of the time and attention we need. I would strongly recommend Dr. Loeding. If you have to wait a bit, it's worth it because when she is with you, you have her entire attention for the time you need it. 5 stars for her. Please understand that her office staff serves a number of docs, so their demeanor is not under any one person's control. I have found them pleasant and helpful.

I didn't get to see this Dr - after 25 minutes sitting in the waiting room (which completely emptied several times whilst I was waiting since no one waited more than about 3 minutes to be seen) I talked to the receptionist - she "messaged" Dr. Loeding but said she had "no idea what was happening". Nice. I waited a bit more, then asked for my forms back and walked out. This clinic asks you to arrive 10 minutes early (which I did) but from what I saw - if you have a doctor who is professional - you don't have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen.

The nurse, Noreal does not give the impression of enthusiasm, warmth, or confidence in herself.Overall, staff other than the doctors at this facility seem detached and totally disinterested in the patients. In fact many of them seem to really not enjoy their jobs.
