Dr. Nicole Sawangpont Pattamanuch, MD

My daughter has been a Seattle Children’s patient for over 5 years due to a rare GI disease. With this duration Dr. Pattamenuch is our 3rd physician who has treated our daughter- both the other physicians were wonderful and headed the GI unit. We hated to lose them as we had come to rely on their expertise and compassion in treating our daughter. Dr. Pattamenuch is no exception- she has great bedside manner, throughly understands my daughter’s unique needs and patiently explains any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

She has been dealing with my sons gastrointestinal problems for a year, she has run the appropriate tests and we believe we finally have and answer

If you want a Dr to read your child's file, be on time, listen to you and not cut you off, spend more than 15-20 minutes with you on your child's first appointment, this is not the Dr. for you. It is very disappointing. Most children seeing these types of Drs. have special needs and have complicated medical histories. The Dr. should to LISTEN instead of trying to get out of the room to the next patient. Usually Children's has wonderful doctors. Perhaps this was an off day for this practitioner. I am hoping this was the case, but I can't recommend this dr. The support staff was great.

Diagnosed for milk protein colitis for blood in stool. Milk is NOT part of the diet. This was made abundantly clear and was still made as the diagnosis. Also a clear lack of logic on how to figure out what the offending food is.
