She is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, professional Doctor - who has been highly effective at helping me through numerous medical issues over the last decade. Dr. Pilevsky is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring physician. She is compassionate, reassuring, and comforting. She listens carefully to all my concerns, and always knows what to recommend. She is passionate about her work, and advocates for my healthcare needs. I enthusiastically recommend her.

I've begrudgingly seen her twice when my preferred doctor(s) were not available. I was not happy with either experience. She's my least favorite female doctor at Capital Women's Care. Huge ego. Thank goodness she doesn't practice OB anymore.

Dr. Pilevsky is very thorough, she takes the time to listen and provides sound advice. She describes the treatment she recommends and prepares a plan for follow-up. She follows through until a resolution is achieved. I absolutely love her! I highly recommend her.
