My dad was admitted to Harris Methodist with a UTI infection. During his stay at the hospital they also determined he developed a blockage in his bowels and started treatment for that as well. Dr. Reed was a staff surgeon and met with us to discuss surgery as an option. That was on a Wednesday and it was decided to give him another 3 to 4 days to see if the treatment he was under going would take care of this matter since surgery was high risk. My dad is 81 years old. Dr. Reed called us the very next day and wanted to take him into surgery immediately. Of coarse we thought some bad had occurred to take such a,chance with a high risk surgery. But that was not the case Dr. Reed just decided to move forward stating the other method was not going to work. We immediately contacted my dad's primary physician and had my dad moved to another hospital. They ran there own test to determine what was going on. Test came back with no such blockage and is getting better with each passing day. Dr.… Reed was about to perform a high risk surgery on my 81 year old dad that was not even required. So to say that Dr. Reed is a competent surgeon would be a cruel joke. If you ate planning on having Dr. Reed treat you for anything I would strongly suggest you seek a second opinion, it could save your life.

Dr Reid is an excellent example of the way a Doctor should be. She treated me as she would for her own family. Very skilled and competent. She spent a lot of time discussing we me and my family all my options and made sound recommendations for my care.

Dr. Reid took care of me at Methodist Charlton. She had to do any emergency surgery for abowel obstruction. Very knowledgeable. Very kind and caring. Excellent surgeon. I highly recommend her to anyone for anything.

Dr reid butchered me in surgery and left me to die. Thank God for the nurse at HRH that told my family to get me out of there to a qualified hospital and surgeon. I would 't take a dying dog to her much less a human

I was very impressed with her and her office staff. I found them to be very caring . They have called me a number of times just checking on me and asking if I have any questions.

Same day appointment was available for me. A very caring doctor. Treated me as one of her family. Nice office. Waiting time was not too bad. Office staff seemed knowledgeable. Also does some procedures in the office. Easy to find office.
