Dr. Nicole Marie Rocca, MD

Nice enough physician. Her office staff ignores calls and messages. We called and messaged because we had concerns after a procedure. We were told by Peter we couldn’t speak to the Dr after a procedure because she doesn’t call patients. The Livingston office doesn’t have a direct phone and impossible to reach anyone. The Dr doesn’t call patients! Outrageous!

Paid $400 to have spider veins removed . Dr told me that it would take about 2 weeks to see a result. Still no results the veins she treated look worse. Trying to get a follow up and the doctor is never available. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely disgraceful office. Paid over $1000 for out of pocket procedures. Front desk has hung up on me and will not help find a time to continue the procedure to finish the treatment. Medical Assistant staff has yet to return a single voicemail I have left on their specific line. Beware - office is all about the cash flow and power. No one seems to have any accountability to finish my treatments which are now completely ineffective, which was a waste of my time and money.

Rude front desk staff that LIES. Asked for a call back from a PA - called twice - and never received a call back and was hung up on. Lovely to pat for the pleasure of rude service, especially since my treatments were paid OOP.

Nasty office staff and PA disclosed private info to me on another patient when she should not have.

There are not many doctors out there like Dr. Rocca--caring, smart and humble. Amazing! Lovely office as well

Really liked Dr. Rocca!! i asked many questions & she took her time with me in answering them... Also staff was great! clean office.

Dr. Rocca very personable and I feel that I have had accurate diagnosis and treatment. It is easy to get appointment. support staff is mediocre in terms of call backs/follow up.

The end result here has not yet been determined. But if all doctors were like this one, this would be a lot better world to be sick in. Smart lady. Knows her stuff. Answers your questions. With a smile. Staff is great too!

Very thorough. She takes her time ,listens ,and explains . When you choose Dr. Rocca you are not just a "another patient" . Excellent!!
