Everyone was pleasant and so nice. Whoever brought me in first and got my routine information was wonderful. Loved loved Nicole!

Overall a good experience. Very friendly staff, made very comfortable and listened to. I would recommend Dr. Shaffer to anyone. Her assistant was especially friendly and kind.

I really like this Office generally and Dr. Shaffer was super nice and professional. I went there for a specific reason but am changing because their staff is much friendlier and professional then the old place.

Dr. Shaffer was our doctor for an after surgery check up after Dr. Ramsey did my surgery. She was very friendly, made us feel comfortable and quickly assessed that my eye was healing well. She took her time and made sure we didn’t have any questions.

My teenage daughter was the patient and she was very friendly and kind towards her. My daughter enjoyed her visit and felt very comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Shaffer is great. I got in and out in no time. Her staff is really nice and good also.

Dr. Shaffer and her staff were great. I get anxiety with any type of medical appointment and between the front desk, her assistant and Dr. Shaffer herself, they were amazing. I have been looking for a new optometrist and will be switching to Northwest Eye
