What I DoAs a family practice provider, I work with my patients to help them achieve their health goals. My clinical interests are in disease prevention and management. I believe in providing patients with a holistic approach to care which focuses on health of the mind, body and soul.Why I Love My WorkI became a Nurse Practitioner after working as a nurse for 13 years in various roles. My desire to provide a higher level of care with a focus on disease prevention led me to pursue a career in family medicine. I enjoy working with my patients to help them understand their options and make choices that improve their health.Getting to Know MeI have lived in Central Minnesota my entire life and worked for CentraCare for more than 10 years. My husband and I have four children, we love to be outside and enjoy camping, swimming, boating and four wheeling. Personally, I love to run and I’ve completed marathons, half marathons and 5Ks.
