Dr. Nicole Yvette Thomas, MD

Thought I was going to Dr Thomas but went to Advantage Care 3 times and never saw her. Always some one different. I said why am I not seeing my pimary doctor when I come here. They said it will take 3 months to schedule an appt with her so I did just for a meet and greet. My blood pressure was low she walked out of the room while saying put yourself in a hospital...WHA? Ive never been in a hospital in my life...knock on wood. What hospital...are you calling ahead...do i use your name? Couldnt get her to come back. Went to my endocrinologist...she say add salt to you food. BINGO! Cant see her like the wizard of oz...Is uncaring and not so smart obviously. SALT Doctor not a hospital. STAY AWAY FROM HER SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU

For more than three weeks to date, I have been trying to get a pre-authorization done by this doctor or her staff so that I can get a second opinion in a facility that is out-of-network for my insurance. They have given me such a hard time obtaining this pre-authorization because apparently, no one knows what a pre-authorization is. I have given them all the information they need, including specific instructions and the actual authorization form. Now, they want me to come in AGAIN because I have to "complete" something in the form -- Unbelievable! Very unprofessional. Rude staff. The doctor couldn't care less about your medical concerns.

Horrible, horrible place. They cancel your appointments, are rude, never help their patients and I have been out of BP medication for over a Week***They could care less !!! I'm writing to the AMA, my insurance co and anywhere else I can to complain about this physician and her office.

Dr. Thomas is a caring individual. She is very effective in knowing when your medical tests are due. She spends time with her patients. She explains medical issues in detail. She will call you when necessary. Dr. Nicole Thomas has been my doctor since she joined the group at Forest Hills. She is a wonderful caring human being. I would recommend her to anyone who would want and need a GREAT DOCTOR.
