Dr. Nicole Serra Tully, MD

Very rude, unhelpful and lazy staff. Such disservice to Dr. Tully who is actually great.

Dr. Tully is excellent. You can get stuck sitting in that waiting room for 30 to 45 min, however its totally worth it to see Dr. Tully.

I thought Dr. Tully was excellent, very attentive, and spent time with me even though the office was packed with patients. That brings us to the office. I know those girls at the desk have thankless jobs, but there is seriously, no excuse for their nasty behaviour, impoliteness, snotty attitudes, or best case scenario - complete indifference. I'll put up with alot for a good doctor, but this is just too much. I'm wondering if it's a New Jersey thing. I've encountered attitude at other doctors, but when it reaches this level you just have to wonder if they just can't find anyone else to fill the job.

Please DO NOT GO to Dr. Tully's office. They are unorganized and rude. When I needed an emergency birth control replacement they simply told me there was nothing they could do to help me right away. I called for help mid afternoon on a WEDNESDAY, not 10pm on a Friday and I was turned away. I am picking up my papers next week and finding another doctor immediately. UNBELIEVABLE! Dr. Tully is completely inaccessible to her patients. Office staff is terrible!

I went to see Dr. Tully after high recommendation from a friend. Well, my friend was not lying, for Dr. Tully is patient, empathetic, and really listen to all your concerns. Unfortunately, when you need her to get back to you with answers regarding your tests, it is a bit hard to get a hold of her. Regarding her nurses: Alma is a fantastic professional and human being. She makes you feel respected, cared for, and individually important. On the other hand, Erica spent 10 minutes giving me a lecture on how to wait for results(that were already available), making me feel disrespected and patronized. Jo was able to answer all my questions, but unfortunately, she was also able to leave me a message on my cell telling me that my results showed that my fertility levels were very low, and that I should see a Reproductive Endocrinologist,and consider egg donors. What woman wants to hear THIS type of news from an answering machine? Not me. I am in my early 40s, and finally able to… financially/emotionally start a family, and on my first test she is sending me to a fertility clinic? What about other tests? Second opinion? Try a different cycle? She also made me feel completely stupid for not checking my hormone levels starting at the age 35. I wonder how many women had to hear this from her! Please, let's be a bit more mindful about what brings a woman to a Gyn, and some of the issues she wants to address and understand regarding her body. Some of them will be in her control, and some will not. As a patient, although it would be nice,I cannot expect anyone to hold my hand through every single visit I have. However, I expect that my Doctor's staff are professionally trained to act and treat me with at least courtesy and bedside manner. Let my diagnosis be a number to the medical coders and billing department. To my doctor, and nurses, I need to be a human being that is there to be helped.

Tully is not doctor. She misdiagnosed me for a illness.

The wait is intolerable. You wait in the outer waiting room for about 40 minutes and then they put you in a stuffy room, naked, with your paper gown sticking to you for another 45 minutes. Humiliating! Don't go there. Parking is also torturous. I got a couple of tickets because of the very long wait.

I was glad to this busy practice added a third doctor, and I got in to see Dr. Tully a little faster. She helped me get a radiology appointment sooner too. Dr. Tully gave me more information about my condition and my options than other doctors. I found her to be very pleasant and informative.

Dr. Nicole Tully is an amazing doctor!She called me at 9 pm, way after working hours to follow up on my request to switch to a new pill. She also recommended a genetic test for blood clots, since my I have a family history of blood clots. I think that she genuinely cares about patients. Ms. Tully is VERY polite, and has wonderful manners. I highly recommend her.

My experience with this practice was quite negative. I felt tossed around the many doctors and didn't feel that any one knew me or my specific medical needs. The nurse Jo was very rude and short with me. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to understand my medical treatment. She was sarcastic and belittling in a difficult time. They messed up my testing. On one test they did not call me with my results and I had to call many times to get through. The second test the did call and said reults were good. However months later they told me the test was not taken at the right time(under their direction), I was misinformed on the results, and I may have been taking the wrong course of action. This practice needs to put a more personal touch on their patient service. I will be switching doctors.
