Dr. Nicolette Emilia Chiesa, MD

Dr. Chiesa is the best. She is caring and respectful, but also doesn't have a problem telling you what's what about your health. I appreciate her candor on how to fix issues and not always jumping to the most extreme.

I love this caring doctor. I was recently rushed to the hospital with cancer for the 3rd time. Dr. Chiesa did everything in her power to make me more comfortable since the staff at St. Clair Hospital was the ABSOLUTE WORST. The nurses were rude, smartalecky and incompetant. She had to untangle tubes for me and arrange transportation for me to get home because the staff could not have cared less. She can be my doctor always.

Uncaring and unprofessional. I went to see her once. Never went back.

Dr. Chiesa is an excellent doctor as well as a kind, understanding person. She listens intently and makes me know she cares. I would never go anywhere else.

Did not listen to what I was telling her - tried to rush me out of the office changed my medicine without giving me instructions on how to ween off of my current - the pharmacist was in awe of that one, put down Dr Mcfarland in front of me and said he added a med for me for no reason ( not that she listened to me about why. WILL NEVER SEE HER AGAIN - headed for a 2nd opinion ASAP

Dr. Chiesa is professional and very knowledgable. She makes you feel very comfortable even in the most uncomfortable situations.

I’ve had multiple surgeries and seen countless specialists due to chronic pain including degenerative disc disease, migraines and fibromyalgia. Spent 2 hours in waiting room for Dr McFarland. When I was taken back waited another 1/2 hour. She walked in to the office and said “I’m in pain every day what’s so special about you?” She then proceeded to tell me everyone gets headaches without looking at the treatment notes from the migraine specialist I see. She told me if I quit smoking and lost weight I’d be fine because my mental health would improve the pain is all in my head without bothering to look at my past medical history and current diagnosis. I left their office in tears. Absolutely awful experience.

Serial killers have more bed wide manner strongly agree with this. Her serious lack of empathy Concerns me a long with many other patients. She and her staff are very incompetent and undereducated and not a specialist by any means. After repeated mistakes with wrong medication dosages and billing mistakes and repeated complaints about customer service and wasting my time and money she reported me as a threat to her office and I am no longer aloud on property. What a incompetent joke of an MD don’t let the practice waste your time or money. She and her staff should be ashamed of themselves.
