Dr. Nicolle Monique Thomas, MD

I have sent two emails with her and never seen any replies instead one of the nurse replied saying I need to make an appointment for phone call .I’m planning to switch to a different doctor!

Dr. Thomas committed medical negligence with my medical care by not reviewing important breast exam reports and refusing to request corrections and fully filled out reports from the mammogram and ultrasound provider. Instead of being my advocate, she had her assistant ask me to file a grievance form. Even after the State got involved, there was no action on her part. I had to request a different physician within Kaiser's network to resolve the issue.

Nice person but not good with following up with details and guiding your on what to do next. Left me sort of hanging and confused. Perhaps she needs a more pro-active support team.

Aftering having not been to a doctor in 15 years(which I told her), Dr. Thomas spent all of about 15 minutes with me. I expressed several concerns about blood pressure & migraine type symptoms and even came prepared with all my symptoms written down. She dismissed these as "normal." My blood test results in one are were too high and Dr. Thomas perscribed me 2 medications without ever scheduling a follow-up appointment to explain ANY of this to me. I called repeatedly asking to speak with her but she is NEVER available and instead will email you because she does not like to make phone calls. She is hard to get a hold off and even worse at explaining what is "wrong" with you. I had no idea what the results of my test meant or what the medication was suppose to do for me. Instead I had to google it and ask the pharmacist!. She's horrible, I have already switched doctors.

Has not made time to call me back especially when my test results were not good
