Dr. Nidah Talal Khan, MD

Let me first say I did not want to post this review but felt compelled to do so. As a healthcare provider myself I understand how this can negatively impact a business. My wife had temporal dermal fillers placed on 2 separate occasions in Aug and Nov of '23. The first time she experienced extreme pain in the eye region which Dr. Nidah Khan attributed to a headache. We came to find out it was due to poor placement of the filler. The results of the Aug appointment were less than satisfactory and she returned in Nov for a consult on how to proceed and fix the lumps that developed in the area. More filler was placed and this only made things worse. In total she spent $1400 for the 2 treatments. She then proceeded to get second opinion at an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon in CT. The fillers had to be dissolved at a cost of $900. I subsequently requested a refund and was told they would do so. I say "they" because in essence we were now dealing with her husband, Dr. Talal Khan. Not once did… we hear from Nidah. A few weeks passed and I had received nothing. I reached back out and the reply was a 4 page document written by an attorney my wife had to sign before getting her money back. So basically they admitted fault and agreed to a refund but want me to hire an attorney to review a document before doing so. Let me just say there's no chance I am signing something written by an attorney without legal counsel. That's basic common sense. I will take further action and have no doubt I will get my money back as they have already agreed to do so. I am writing this to save anyone else the aggravation of going to this practice for their cosmetic needs. Not only were the results completely unsatisfactory but then you have to deal with her husband on any financial considerations. Thank you, Eric

Went there because I have Severe pain in my abdominal for the last 3 weeks was told Monday that I would have an ultra sound by this week and called back the following Monday with results . Was later told the referral was submitted in the afternoon of weds . And then i called on Friday to see what’s going on and was told they referred me to mercy were they want me to wait another 14 days days for an ultra sound . Called them back to tell them that is too long to refer me to Baystate they have earlier appts and I don’t have to wait that long . Gave them the fax number . Told them I been seen in Baystate before . Was told they will fax the form . Called Baystate and they said no referral submitted. Now is Saturday . Can’t believe this . I never had to wait so long to be refer for an ultra sound . If I knew I would of just went to the ER.

She has 4 locations.(Why ?) and everyone she see's gives her 5 stars. A little hard to believe. Was Our PCP. Had no faith in her - after our second visit. We have moved on .
