Dr. Nidhi Agrawal

After waiting 6 months for an appointment with this doctor, she cancels my appointment. Her office is within the vast maze of NYU Langone hospital and although I arrived on time to the facility, it took me 10 minutes to find the actual office within the huge facility. Moreover, the receptionist provided the wrong suite number, which caused further confusion. Because I was 10 minutes late, the doctor refused to see me. The hypocrisy of a doctor penalizing someone for being 10 minutes late is too much. It tells me about the values of the doctor and luckily I did not have an issue where I needed to request off of work or seek childcare while I was at the planned visit. It's not worth any customer's time to put up with her attitude.

I initially liked Dr. Agrawal but became very frustrated after my blood results revealed an abnormality. She advised that each person's body was different and that the abnormality was likely my body's natural state. I requested a referral for a specialist, which she provided with some derision. It turned out my abnormality was much more serious and would have been left undiscovered by her

The most professional, caring and dedicated physican I have ever had. Dr. A makes you feel like she really cares and listens to you and takes her time and does not rush you in and out like most doctors. Cooper Family Medicine always gets you an appointment as soon as possible. I always felt very comfortable and totally satisfied with any and all my concerns. I've tried to make an appointment with this doctor several times - and have always been put on hold for longer than 5 minutes, at which point I hung up. This has to be the worst office staff in the industry. I'll go to a different doctor

Take personal phone call during patient time, never return the call when request for on call doctor, misplace previous medical records, waiting in room for one hour, review others medical reports. Very unprofessional, always in rush.

Dr. Nidhi Agrawal takes personal calls when with the patient. Describe other's blood report to me and said I don't have cancer. Ask me to stop medication, but still order the prescription to pharmacy. Waited for an hour, but she spent only 20 minutes with me saying its time for other patients Missing previous blood test records so no idea she has about my medical history

I love Dr. Agrawal, she is very proficient, concerned, nice, timely and most important she cares, besides being very attractive it is nice to speak to someone who doesn't look down on you. She has awesome beauty inside and out.
