only my second root canal ever but Dr. Prakash made me feel very comfortable with her professionalism and soft spoken caring manner.She made sure pain was minimized (felt no pain at all) and someone from her practice called the next day to see how I was doing. (really cute too )

I came into Dr. Prakash office with a tooth in pain and it was sensitive to hot/cold. I called Dr office for an appointment and they took me in the next day, which was great. They took X-ray and evaluated that tooth could be saved with a root canal and she discussed all the options of the treatment. After the first visit tooth pain and sensitivity to the tooth was gone. i was put on a antibiotics course to manage any infections from occurring. I was very pleased with the consultation, diagnosing correct treatment which saved my tooth which was very important me.

What can I say? Dr. Prakash is a stellar endodontist. Patients need not fear pain. I honestly cant remember feeling uncomfortable in the chair. Dr. Prakash has a great personality and is highly skilled. Six months later, bone is growing nicely around my molar. After the procedure, Dr. Prakash saw me three more times at no additional cost. Dr. Prakash saved my tooth, which is the bottom line is it not?

The three visits were very outstanding in providing excellent patient care during the tooth problem solution. Everyone there were so kind, professional, and efficient in providing me this service. I thank them all very much, and bless them! Especially, I thank you Dr. Nidhi Prakash for that wonderful service.

There were no endodontists that used advanced technology in Lake County, CA so I was referred to Dr. Prakash for a root canal. The office was immaculate and in the waiting room I was allowed to see and hear a bio of Dr. Prakash on the waiting room TV. The bio did not do her justice as it was merely factual. In person she impressed me with her great compassion and caring nature and that she was a real person interacting with me as a real person worthy of respect. While I could tell that she was not wanting to over anesthetize me with either Novocain or nitrous oxide she was constantly monitoring and asking about my comfort and/or pain. (This was very important because I have been brutalized by dentists in my past). I would have sat in the chair and took whatever came but she was certain that I had a comfortable and pain free experience. Her warmth, caring, gentleness combined with technical skill was greater than any other dentist I have visited in over fifty years of dental visits. I… would rate her as #1 of all the dentists that I have had. As a person she is one that you would be delighted to see at any time (I was more than a patient to her I was a person and her peer who she was there to help.) In all I came to the office four times. Emma at the front desk was always professional, helpful and personable. She would call the day before each appointment and when I needed a special appointment went above and beyond to get me squeezed into the schedule. Each of the three dental assistants Jenny, Cate and Tara were very attentive to make me comfortable and were very technically proficient in helping Dr. Prakash. If you need a rot canal or the service of an endodontist this is who you will want to take care of you and your teeth.

Had I not experienced it, I would not have believed it. But, Dr. Prakash was able to complete my root canal surgery with zero (OK minimal) pain or discomfort. To top it off, she and her staff was cordial and courteous. Not that I want another root canal, but I if did I would absolutely seek her out.

Clean office, efficient and great staff. Received excellent care, very satisfied with the service, definitely will recommend to friends & family.

We were amazed at the ease and professionalism of the doctor and the staff. I was very scared before I went in, the doctor was most friendly, polite and treated me with respect, she spoke to me in my language to make me feel comfortable. Brian, her assistant was wonderful. The x-ray lady and the receptionist were very friendly, office was very clean and state of art. We will definitely see Dr. Prakash again and will recommend her to everyone we know.
