Dr colomer is very helpful, takes the time to listen while most psychiatrist will only prescribe medication and send you off, I recommend Dr. to anyone looking for a understanding Doctor.

Staff is rude especially Rosa, Doctor neve returns calls, appointments are hard to get and if you have to reschedule for any reason they will not get you in for over a month. Dr does not care if your kids run out of meds, dr never remembers who you are so you have to spend the first 20 minutes refreshing her memory. Saw This dr with 2 of my kids over the last six months, worst experience ever...

She is well worth the wait!

Dr Colomer is a very good psychiatrist. She is knowledgeable and spends whatever amount of time you need. I have been seeing her for 3 years and never once have I felt like I was a bother or that she was disinterested. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone competent caring and compassionate. The wait is sometimes long but it is WELL worth it.

It is extremely difficult to reach the office and they seldom return the call. It is extremely difficult to get refills for medication to the pharmacy. It is very difficult getting documents needed for other treatment facilities. Dr. Colomer frequently behaves as if you are bothering her when you really need assistance with the above issues. I will be seeking a new psychiatrist. My time is also important and the work I have to go through to have the office do their job is ridiculous.
