Dr. Niharika Reddy Mallepally

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Niharika R. Mallepally at UCLA. I initially visited her for a specific test, but she pushed me into undergoing an additional procedure that I didn’t ask for, assuring me both could be done together. After the procedure, I followed up for my original test results, and she verbally told me that everything was negative. When I asked for the actual results to get a second opinion, she only sent the results for the procedure she convinced me to undergo—completely ignoring the test I initially came for. It took two weeks of trying to reach her, and when I finally got through, she admitted that the initial test I requested wasn’t done at all. I endured unnecessary pain, anesthesia, and a long wait, only to find out the test I needed was never performed. On top of that, the results of the procedure she insisted on were unclear. Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude made me feel like I wasn’t even being treated as a… patient. I feel like my time, health, and trust were completely disregarded. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking compassionate and effective care.
