The office staff is rude and the doctor refuses to refill my cholesterol medication because I won't make an appointment for an in office blood test. I asked to get a prescription for a lab so I don't have to take PTO from my work but the rude lady answering the phone told me that I had to make an in office appointment or he will not call in a refill. I told her that I would be happy to make an in office appointment if there was something wrong with my blood test but that I was not going to miss work and pay for a needless office appointment. I am currently unmedicated and concerned for my heart health.

As another reviewer also said, this was the worst doc I ever went to. I highly recommend that you keep looking for another better doc. Uncaring and unhelpful, lacking in all things expected from a good doc.

Dr. Shah takes his own time and makes my kids so at ease that they never gives me hard time to go to Doctor when they are sick. Thank you Dr. Shah, you are the best.
