Dr. Nikolay Andreyevich Azarov, MD

I believe my mother is alive today primarily because of Dr. Azerov. She did not recover well from a valve replacement and bypass surgery. Dr. Azerov was in charge of her care in an ICU setting over several weeks. He was compassionate, up front and knowledgeable. His communication was so important in allowing us to understand what was happening with my mother, the course of treatment chosen and what we could do to help her recover. He did this while leading a group of residents; teaching and mentoring as he lead. I'm so thankful to Dr. Azerov, his team of residents, the nurses, respiratory therapist and everyone else associated with critical care at MCH in Odessa.

Dr. Azarov saved me when i had a pulmomary embolism. He is quick and he thinks on the spot. I would defenitely put my trust in him. He has made me want to major in internal medicine..
