Dr. Nilda Maria Ginarte, MD

I switched to Dr. Ginarte after a friend recommended her. I'm so glad I did, she is smart and caring and she listened to all my concerns and addressed every single one of them. I liked her so much that even my mom ended up switching to her as her PCP also. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. The front desk lady and the one who did the lab work were both also great and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ginarte.

Last week I was admitted to Homestead Hospital with Pneumonia Virus; 21days later this MD wanted to send me home! I am 85 yrs old and a high risk patient with pneumonia.

If this had a negative sign to this review I would so add it. The worst place I’ve ever experienced besides the fact that she didn’t take me in the first time because of a 30 dollar co payment I didn't have because I forgot my wallet the DOCTOR Nilda refused to see me(first visit) and I was in need to see a dr. Fine! I rescheduled the appointment and came back. I came back ( for the second visit) she finally sees me, and when Dr Nilda sees me I told her my situation and it looked like she didn’t want to touch me or check me like if she was disgusted. She tells me it was ok not to go to work for 7 days and to be back on Tuesday. I said OK , I did mention to Dr Nilda my Job does not accept absent slips like any other jobs due to a huge company for some reason my job asks me to tell the Dr to fill out a paper work. My employer gives me a date on when i have to return the documents to excuse the days off. So I email the dr’s office my paper work and no answer. I call(multiple times) and… she always tells the front desk to tell me to call back at certain time. ON A TIME SHE IS NEVER THERE!! So I had a scheduled appointment on wednesday( in which I had to request to take a few hours off of work) when I get there DR NILDA! Refused to see me to avoid signing the documents for me. so!!! She tells the front desk lady to tell me to wait for her while she sees all those patient (basically leave me til the end of the waiting line)and then she’ll see me (when my appoint was at 9am.) I had to leave with disappointment and sadly with my job on the line. For anyone with a health condition do not go to this place very unprofessional! God knows she is probably fraud. I hope this place shutadown for being very careless with people.
