A SoW Doctor Nilesh (Neil) Gokal and his office began calling and mailing me letters to make an appointment and I told him he wasn't my doctor and to stop contacting me. I’ve complained to Southwest Medical and they never answer. I’ve complained to my health insurance United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Focus for SIX YEARS and they refuse to remove him from my medical records until I change doctors. I refuse to change anything until he’s out of my medical records. John M.

There is clearly a slavery issue with our 120 hour work weeks, and during the dangerous Coronavirus Crisis! Valley Helll Hospital is always voted the worst in Las Vegas consistently every year. Passing their inspection is always a problem. The doctors that work here are the city's rejects-a bunch of freaks. They very mean and give the worst patient care. How does one expect an education here? They love us because we are forced to protect them from the Coronavirus by doing all their work and more. Leave her alone, she was rightfully stressed out! We residents are not soldiers and need to get more money!

I had to drive 90 miles to see this DR. on a Saturday, I needed blood work and X-RAYS it was 4 in the afternoon the receptionists took it upon themselves to find me a lab that i could get to be for it closed and a clinic for the X-RAYS.. by 6 I was done and saved another trip to Vegas. They were great and I appreciate all they did!
