very unprofessional, rushing only after money bad office staff not helpful

Minimum wait time from your appointment time is 45 mts. You need to pay deposit before seeing the doctor. Front office and billing are very rude.

What an unprofessional and rude behavior from a doctor. She does not seem to care much about the patient. I took my 6 years old daughter for a sick visit where I had to wait for 30 minutes before she started a quick inefficient screening. Definitely, this is a business-based office.

Have been taking my daughters for last 15 years. excellent care and service!

firm is operated like a business with no regard to healthcare. Nimisha shukla is unprofessional and a downright fraud. She will spend her time explaing how her third party vendor operates to get you to pay more money verses exploring or properly diagnosing your little one. Dont waste your time moms

Dr Nimisha doesn't care about her patients and she has the stupidest staff ever . All she cares about is money .

DON'T TRY THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE. The staff are very bad and will negatively impact doctor. Pretend to be nice. First time visit, doctor will see u and pretend to be nice. Nxt time no more. Terrible experience ever I had with them was when i took my son for vaccine inj. Had an unprofesssional staff to give vaccine. Any staff member can give injection!! Trust me you will not have a great night rest after. All they care about is to charge your insurance as quickly as possible. Don't try them please.

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this office. Which is hard to say considering that I'm bringing in a child that's sick. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Really love that they are open everyday. It makes things a little easier with my hectic schedule.

Was rude when we met her didn't even introduce herself and seemed in a rush and did not care about my daughter at all. The staff was wonderful and was very friendly but I would not recommend Dr Nimisha Shukla to any parent.
