Spends 5 minutes with you. Only cares about how many times you reschedule, because she will no longer see you. Closes your case with no reason after you have been going to her for years.

I thoroughly enjoyed talking to Dr. Anderson. She made it easy for me to open up to her about the reason I was there and she appeared sincerely interested and focused on what my needs were. It's difficult to make an appointment with her as her time slots fill up very quickly. Her secretary or receptionist, not sure what they are classified, is extremely rude. Every single time I have had verbal contact with her she has been short with me and does not make me feel like a valued patient but rather a nuisance that she cannot be bothered with. It has gotten to the point that I'm reconsidering my attendance at that office because of the way I am treated by this one front staff member.
