She did not listen, was very controlling and set on what she believed was the issue, and did not care to follow-up about abnormal test results. She also distorted a past symptom and consequently listed a condition in my chart that I did not have.

This is not towards the whole place; just one. I was a patient of one for 11 years (before going to NYU), and failed me. And realizing now, I was failed for longer than just this one time, the last time. I went to get an injection for my pain, and got really sick. Communicating via patient portal, explaining what happened, I asked if I could come in before the next appointment. Nothing. I couldn't wait until my next appointment; the pain was bad, and I had to do something about it. I kept on them, and nothing. Finally, get a response for one day before my appointment, late in the day. And they couldn't get the times straight! Waiting for a week and a half. Couldn't do that! One day hardly makes any difference. If it was a routine visit, I wouldn't care. A longtime patient gets treated like this?! I would have waited, even if they could have squeezed me in. It took me 2 hours to find another one, but glad I did. And same day appointment. And sheesh, she is doing more for my problem.… She was appalled that nothing was done (tests, labs), so she sent me for them, and now, I am getting treated. What was it to do that? Someone is complaining of something, and you don't find out the problem? Or the tests are normal, you're seeing something, and you still don't do anything? My new specialist is doing what should be done, and working on treatment. Bye, NYU Columbus Medical!

This is the nicest doctor I have meet in some time, caring and very precise , her staff is so nice especially her assistance , I have spoken to 3 other people that go to her and all feel the same way

She is great...no problems...and gets to the root of the problem. Maybe the people who do not like her do not like the fact that she likes the holistic approach and does not always prescribe meds...unless she feels you need them. I get enough time spent with me, and she does want you to come back. Accurate diagnosis. No problems with her.

I appreciated that Dr. Bhambani treat me as a individual and remembers my history. She talk to me and not at me. She listens and give me the times I need to understand what I am there for. She is attentive and use many different ways of medicines. I was not diagnosed until I met her in 2011 despite suffering with many symptoms since 2006. No one found my problem. I am very grateful that she is my doctor. He staff are friendly and caring.

I agree with the review before me! I have been going to Dr. Bhambhani for years, and she is driven on the patient and WANTS you to be well. She is always researching for answers to help you.

Dr. Bhambani is a very dedicated doctor and you can see she puts her heart and soul into her work. Unlike most physicians I have met, she is focused solely on the patient and not driven by material gain. The only negative I can say is that she tends to overbook the evening appointments. I would recommend her. She truly cares and will leave no stone unturned to help you get better.
