Dr. Nina Socorro E Maniquis, MD

This has been my recent experience and facts only - never on time for appointments (minimum 40 minutes late each time, even with being one of the first appointments and doesn't apologize for her tardiness) - literally rushes through the appointment and does not do a complete assessment - took notes on the back of a piece of scrap paper( no chart with her, never reviewed it before she came in to the exam room) - no modern technology like other offices (apps, online check in, online test results in portal, online ability to make appointments) - front office is disorganized and no follow through on timeframes given - multiple calls for follow up on results and additional tests to be scheduled with no success - out of the office for hours on end - never went through any COVID protocols/questions while I was there - well over a week and still no information on my "critical" follow up tests

Dr Maniquis is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She takes her time and is very thorough. She is always willing to help our elderly mother. We appreciate the time and considerate care Dr. Nina provides for our mother, keeping her as healthy as possible.

Disgusting! The office was so dirty and gross. Dr. Maniquis is the rudest person I have ever met. She is not knowledgeable at all. She kept trying to order unrelated and unnecessary tests that I specifically said I did not want. She is absolutely awful!!

Dr. Nina Maniquis is in my experience a horrible doctor. She knowingly has put my life in danger, has broken the Hippocratic oath and is the most incompetent, unethical, uncaring Dr I have ever had. Her bedside manner is awful. She makes it very clear she does not want to deal with any complicated medical situations. After asking her for a refill on an antidepressant non-scheduled drug that I've been on for years and not supposed to abruptly stop, she told me she would not refill it. The same day she drops me as a patient leaving me with 3 days worth of medicine. Leaving me with no doctor, and a very long list of medical problems. Not to mention knowingly putting my life in danger. Please do not see this doctor, she would not help you if you were dying. Literally.

I do not recommend this practice. Courteous but incompetent staff. Unable to communicate with pharmacy for refills. The doctor did not seem to care about my anxiety issues, which only made my blood pressure issues worse. The doctor gave me "free samples" of meds for my anxiety. Really!!!

This is the most diagnostic physician I have encountered. She is brilliant, kind, patient, knowledgable . She is one of the FEW Docs that treat you as ...

VERY compassionate and through. She even diagnosed me whilein for a visit with one of my children.

She could not handle my daughters medical needs after she said she could. she cannot treat patients with a mental disability. She has a harsh bedside manor and does not explain things clear enough about what is wrong. I do not recommend this doctor.
