Best Endocrinoligist Ever Dr. Sundaram- listens - is well-informed about my medical history, blood work, & results from visits with other doctors- is skilled at figuring out what's wrong and steps to take to fix the problem- answers questions- takes all the time necessary to give her full attention- is respected and loved by the members of her staff- genuinely likes her patients (very important when chosing a doc)

Go elsewhere ! Poor follow up and impossible to get this doctor to call you back.

I absolutely loved having Dr. Sundaram as my endocrinologist. She is very smart but also one of the most down to earth doctors you will ever meet. Unlike with most other doctors, I have never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much of her time. She will take the time to listen to all of your concerns, explain everything until you understand it, and will work to come up with a treatment plan that you feel comfortable with. She is also on top of everything and very quick to respond to emails. She is super personable as well, which is not a requirement for a doctor but is definitely a welcome and refreshing bonus! Would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!!

Dr. Sundaram is one of the worst and most unprofessional doctors I have ever encountered in my adult life. Firstly, she ordered a test for me without my consent, with full knowledge that this was not going to be covered by my insurance company. When I followed up with her asking why her billing department was so unresponsive to help me in filing a claim with my insurance company, her response was "this isn't really a billing department issue, they can't help you because your insurance company won't pay for this test. But don't worry, in the end, the test provider will only ask you to pay $300 to settle things up.". Secondly, she has an extremely unprofessional demeanor and just screamed at me over the phone when I asked why it was medically necessary to come in frequently to do a blood test (versus having a requisition sent to me, to do with a lab). A reasonable answer in a professional tone would have sufficed, versus screaming and hanging up the phone. Thirdly, this office… will tell you that there is no availability for two month periods at a time, when the doctor insists that it is imperative that you come in monthly. Stay away from MHMG and Dr. Sundaram - extremely negative and unprofessional overall.

Thought she was great. Very approachable, smart, thorough. Highly recommend her! (Was meeting with her about PCOS treatments).
